The Hermitage Villages
The Borghi dell'Eremo, an enchanting location located between Umbria and Tuscany, extend for over 500 hectares, and consist of a luxury resort with SPA, a location for events and weddings, an educational farm and a vast territory with woods and plantations , with attached farms and hunting reserve. For the protection of guests, employees and the territory, the Galletti family, owners of the estate, has decided to control all the security and technological systems installed on the property by centralizing them via WinGuard.
The PSIM system allows the management of all technological systems through a unified user interface, a principle adopted since the initial design, regardless of existing subsystems.
A workflow has been studied, applied and implemented which facilitates the operations of employed staff and guarantees the safety of the estate's guests.
Our resort extends for over 500 hectares and, in addition to suites and restaurant rooms, the structure also has large outdoor spaces such as gardens, a pool area, a panoramic terrace, playgrounds and an area used for agricultural activities and a park- reserve. Every day we host a few dozen people, to whom we offer many different experiences. Precisely for the well-being and tranquility of our customers, we thought it was important to create the best safety conditions, which would allow us to manage all the spaces and control everyone systems through a single platform such as WinGuard by Advancis. We found in WinGuard the ideal partner to build a project that integrates all the subsystems we use and all those we will implement in the future.
With this software, daily monitoring is simplified by automatic actions that allow you to manage all events that affect the structure internally and externally. A fundamental support for the life of the entire resort, whether it is ordinary programming or anomalies or emergencies, in every situation our staff can work in a punctual, timely and decisive manner.

Landfill control
Microlab It Srl specializes in the multi-system management of landfills for non-hazardous waste and the optimization of the related safety processes, using PSIM platforms; the systems serving the landfill itself, which consist for example of the leachate treatment system, biogas energy recovery and access control.
Microlab It can include among its creations fire detection and prevention systems for landfills, created through the use of thermal cameras and positioners, interfaced with multi-platform and centralized safety transmission systems using the PSIM WinGuard software.

Microlab It Srl specializes in the security management of commercial structures, such as multi-brand car dealerships; we are talking about structures that operate in rather vast territories that are several kilometers away from each other.
It is not just logistics that represents a problematic focus: the protection of the dealership must take into account some important aspects, such as the brand involved, be it more or less luxurious and therefore in need of more or less punctual protection, the presence of a workshop , an acceptance point, a spare parts warehouse.
